About Snapdragon Home Organizing

Snapdragon Home Organizing helps homeowners and families create simple, functional organizing systems designed for real life. Founded on personal experience with frequent moves and life transitions, the business focuses on practical solutions that are easy to maintain.

My Story

My path to professional organizing comes from real-life experience. I’ve moved 13 times in my adult life, and each move required sorting, letting go, packing, unpacking, and creating a functional home all over again. Through those experiences, I learned how much planning, decision-making, and organization it takes—and how overwhelming it can feel without support.

I also understand how emotional organizing can be. After having a child, I held onto baby items for years, saving them for a possible second child. We moved twice with those boxes stored away in the garage, unused but emotionally heavy. When I finally decided to pass those items on to other expecting parents, I felt something unexpected—relief. Letting go didn’t feel like loss; it felt freeing. That experience showed me how much lighter life can feel when we release what no longer serves us, and it’s something I now help others experience for themselves.

Alongside my personal experience, I bring a strong professional background in organization and problem-solving. I began my career in IT, working in technical support, systems administration, and management—roles that required discretion, efficiency, and analytical thinking. Today, I work in Operations as a manager overseeing two distribution warehouses, including planning and executing major warehouse moves and expansions.

Whether I’m organizing a home or coordinating a large-scale move, the skills are the same: thoughtful planning, attention to detail, respect for privacy, and creating systems that truly work. I combine empathy with practical solutions to help clients feel confident, supported, and at ease in their homes.

I’m here to help you create a home that feels lighter, more functional, and easier to enjoy.
